Damaged Items Upon Delivery

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, if your order appears damaged in any way upon arrival:

  • Please inspect the packaging at the time of delivery. If you see visible damage to the box or suspect damage to the contents, note this when signing for the delivery.

  • If you're unable to fully inspect the item at delivery, write “possible damage” on the delivery slip to document your concern.

  • Should you discover any damage after opening the package, take clear photos of the item and packaging, and email them to us at support@nookandyard.com.

We’ll respond quickly—typically within one business day—to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
